The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Identifies growth opportunities and efficiency improvement initiatives within the existing FinTech business through operational reviews and performance benchmarking.
  • Establishes and leads cross-functional working groups to plan, prepare, and execute key initiatives that align with strategic FinTech objectives.
  • Supports the development and governance of FinTech programs and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Drives PMO best practices across the FinTech unit, including project tracking, risk management, reporting, and continuous improvement of delivery frameworks.
  • Facilitates communication between stakeholders to ensure visibility, accountability, and successful realization of business outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full-time working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using both quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques, with a strong sense of curiosity and drive to uncover root causes
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills—or a willingness to grow these capabilities in a dynamic setting
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with frequent change
