We are in search for a Restaurant Floor Manager that oversees daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth restaurant functioning to join our team.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints and compliments effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.

  • FOH Experience: At least 3 years of serving and bartending experience is required. At least one year of management or leadership experience required.
