Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager Food and Beverage to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Assist in setting and managing periodical food and beverage budgets and forecasts Analyze monthly P&L statements and reports, identifying deviations from business plan goals Participate in management meetings to review progress and develop annual business plans for the department Oversee the proper care, security, and maintenance of food and beverage equipment Supervise shift operations, with a focus on VIP and special events Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to create attractive food products and improve food quality Implement and maintain policies and standards for Food and Beverage operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and execute emergency procedures when necessary Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams Excellent customer service skills and experience handling VIP events In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including current industry trends Proficiency in hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making abilities Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Familiarity with local culinary preferences and dietary restrictions is a plus Additional Information Your Team and Working Environment: Join our passionate and service-driven team as an Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage, where operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and culinary creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
