JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Support corporate finance sales activities, including structured finance (e.g., investment, bilateral corporate loans, syndicated loans, and leveraged buyout (LBO) loans).
• Assist in the development of new client relationships and preparation of materials for internal approvals.
• Participate in the preparation of loan documentation, execution of transactions, and post-execution monitoring.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless communication and documentation processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic understanding or hands-on experience in Accounting and Corporate Finance is an advantage.
• Familiarity with loan structuring and documentation.
• Proficiency in Japanese (preferred) to facilitate reporting to Head Office, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking colleagues (JLPT N2 level)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to learning and development.
