Freebird Market — Etobicoke’s premier artisanal food market — is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager to join our front-of-house leadership team. ABOUT US:

Freebird Market is a fresh, modern market concept with everything made in-house at our 8,000 sq. ft. commissary kitchen attached to the store. From bakery and pastry to soups, sauces, braised meats, and prepared meals — our market is built on quality, transparency, and community. Our second location opens this month, with more to come.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a hospitality-driven Assistant Manager who can lead by example, support a high-performing team, and uphold the exceptional standards our guests expect. You will have a key role in merchandising, training, and maintaining the day-to-day operations of the store.
