Description:

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and enthusiastic Assistant Manager, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farmily! This is a New Shop Opening (end of Oct)
Supporting the General Manager in running the day-to-day restaurant operations, delivering excellent customer service and a consistent high food quality, the Assistant Manager will also be responsible for the front of house team performance and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the front of house team in delivering an excellent customer service.
  • Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the front of house team.
  • Ensuring the correct Health & Food Safety standards are always followed.
  • Organising and conducting team meetings and training sessions.
