Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager for our Front Office team in Udaipur, India. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth daily operations of our hotel. Lead and inspire the Front Office team to deliver warm and personalized hospitality to every guest Oversee daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints Optimize hotel occupancy and average daily rate to maximize revenue Implement and maintain brand standards and operating procedures Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally Train and mentor front office staff to enhance their skills and performance Manage front office inventory and supplies Ensure accurate and timely completion of all administrative tasks and reports Stay informed about local attractions and events to provide guests with valuable information Qualifications Previous supervisory or management experience in a hotel front office setting Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., OPERA Cloud) Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to guest satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Demonstrated commitment to driving customer loyalty programs Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays Adaptability to various work situations and ability to multitask effectively Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred) Multilingual skills, particularly in languages relevant to the Udaipur region (preferred) Knowledge of local tourism, cultural attractions, and customs Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Additional Information An opportunity to be with world’s preferred hospitality company Captivating and rewarding experience working alongside passionate professionals Range of exclusive Heartist's Benefits Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor.
