JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team at the new ”Fry’s Grillhouse” located at Barbican Lesuire park.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the culinary and hospitality industries. This role is vital in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring that both staff and customers have a positive experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within the culinary or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a management position in hospitality
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and staff development.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Experience in bartending or beverage service is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both staff and customers.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
