Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – Property Accounting to oversee end-to-end accounting processes for real estate portfolios, including review of mortgage, lease commissions, real estate taxes, insurance, and prepaid schedules. The role involves supervising rental income booking, CAM reconciliations, and ensuring accurate sales tax calculations, real estate e-tax filings, and insurance payments. The incumbent will lead core accounting functions such as AP/AR processing and financial statement preparation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while supporting process improvements. This role operates on a US shift (6:30 PM onwards). Key Responsibilities Review and oversee mortgage, lease commission, real estate tax, insurance, and prepaid schedules Supervise sales tax calculations and processing of real estate e-tax and insurance payments Oversee property accounting activities including rental income booking and CAM reconciliations Review AP/AR transactions and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records Lead preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including variance analysis WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive Total Rewards Package: Comprehensive annual compensation including basic salary, HRA, special allowance, provident fund contributions, gratuity, internet allowance, and food allowance.
