Description

Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to provide support to vertical leads on day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth completion of the task/activity as per best quality standards and timelines. The incumbent is also responsible for collecting data for machine/system performance and daily reporting to clients and GRIL management. Key Responsibilities P&E Performance – Ensure maintenance of equipment for their respective sub-function. P&E Operations – Ensure zero-breakdown of machines/systems. Ensure that the site deliverables are on time and at the required level of quality. Conduct preventive maintenance. Review the site schedule with the project team and the senior management through daily progress report. Raise timely escalations to ensure minimal system/equipment related delays. Identify opportunities for reducing the TAT for P&E processes at the project site. Ensure on time deployment of right machines at the project site Stakeholder Management & Reporting – Provide daily progress to Vertical Lead – P&E of GRIL or the concerned person who has assigned the task/activity for completion. Ensure proper communication with people involved in the assigned activities and request for assistance/support for resolving any issues. Capture accurate information throughthe DPR and other reportingmechanisms Indicative Experience and Exposure Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical with 2-3 years experience or BE/B.Tech with 1-2 years experience or M.Tech with min.1 years experience in handling machine maintenance

The role supports vertical leads with daily activities to ensure tasks are completed with high quality and on schedule, while also being responsible for collecting machine performance data and providing daily reports to clients and management.
