Role Purpose The role holder is responsible for driving on-ground activities under the guidance of their Vertical Lead ensuring the smooth functioning of various sub-functions of the HR team like, payroll, recruitment, compliances, and training and development as well as ensuring all the administration related aspects are in place to enable smooth functioning of business across GRIL. Key Responsibilities HR & Admin Performance – Manage the assigned work related to recruitment, payroll, compliance, PMS implementation as well as employee grievances and ensure real-time support  to the business/project while upholding the policies and practices of the organization.  Enable and support Vertical Leads to work on the identified initiatives/programs, as and when required for assigned activities. Aid in ensuring the progress according to the implementation plan. HR & Admin Operations – Ensure  that  the deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.  Review with Vertical Leads and look for the most appropriate solutions to the prevailing concerns as per the implementation cycle. MIS and Reporting – Ensure that all operations, compliance and business  information is appropriately documented and secured  through the  DPR and other reporting mechanisms. Indicative Experience and Exposure Bachelors in Business/ Maths/Behavioural Science/Social Science with an experience of 1-2 years
