About the role

Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager and executive team to ensure a smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service
• Managing and coordinating all events and functions
• Handling guests requests in a genuine and professional manner
• Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant

About you

• Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years
• Full working rights in Australia
• A calm and professional approach to their job
• Strong communication skills
• Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills
• Staff and customer service focused
• Restaurant industry experience is essential for this Assistant Manager position
