Description
You will assist to lead and supervise the Sales Support team in delivering excellent service and sales support to our Agency Distribution, Digital Affinity, BANK and BANCA channels as well as support for our Policyholders. You will work closely with the Business Development teams to achieve the sales targets, as well as with the various internal stakeholders (eg GEG backend support team,GE Customer Service team) on the day to day operation matters. To lead and handle the day to day matters and issues of the Sales Support Team. To provide guidance and support to the team in attending to Agents and Policyholders’ enquiries and requests promptly through Live Chats, Email, Voice channels. To manage feedback/complaints independently with good closure within agreed turnaround time. To drive Business Transformation Activities and improve process flow. To assist the team to meet the SLA set, and comply with internal policies, procedures, relevant laws and regulations. To support the growth of Personal Lines business by effective support of agency campaigns and help achieve GWP KPI set. To join in regular agency engagement and training sessions when necessary to maintain good rapport and work relationship with the agency force. To work collaboratively with the various internal stakeholders on operations. Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices. Assist with any other job assigned to assist in achieving the Company’s goal. GCE ‘O’ Level/GCE ‘A’ Level / Diploma Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BCP & PGI will be preferred 3-5 years proven relevant working experience in BANCA/ Personal Lines functions
