We offer a fun, trendy vibe to everyday work life. Our goal with our team members and guest is to create a fun inviting culture. Our team members get a flexible schedule with paid training. We offer an hourly rate starting at 12.00 and can range to up to 14.00 (with tips included).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the shift
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to customers
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other shift leaders and management to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as catering, assistant manager, bartending, or food production
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques (for coffee-related establishments)
- Familiarity with hotel or banquet operations (for hotel or banquet establishments)
