JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our newly refurbished pub. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a high volume food lead pub or restaurant, with a passion for delivering exceptional service. This role involves supervising a large team and working to multiple KPIs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a hospitality role, preferably within a volume food based Pub or restaurant environment.
  • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with bartending practices and cocktail making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team and guests.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality service and a commitment to maintaining standards.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
