Description

This role reports to the Assistant Director of Graduate Studies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in visual design is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Familiar with media channels, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Experience in event execution and management
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, and comfortable in presenting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills

  • Able to work after-office hours/ weekend when required

Responsibilities
  • Support the Graduate Studies Office central marketing activities to meet recruitment goals.
  • Assist various program managers in formulating, planning, executing marketing and outreach campaigns to attract high caliber applicants.
  • To provide visual creation for social media, EDMs, and other online and offline channels. Working with various program under Graduate Studies Office to brainstorm new ideas, layouts, and graphics.
  • Support the Graduate Studies Office to meet recruitment goals such as attending to enquiries, event execution and participation, CRM management, and other assigned tasks.
  • Efficient administration and processing of applications from submission to matriculation.
  • Coordinate and work with students for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for marketing, admissions and recruitment related activities.
