• Assist in recruiting efforts and interviewing process for available positions
• A leader in customer service and uphold the same standard for associates
• Active role in training and developing associates
• Provide support to the store manager
• Active role in carrying out all company policies
• Assist in distributing work assignments to associates
• Ensure store maintenance, cleaning, and appearance are up to company standards
• Maintain compliance with company standards of safety, security, postings and other admin duties
• Successfully address customer complaints and resolve issues
