Description Omni-Serv partners with the passenger airlines industry and carrier services to perform various aviation roles. We are in search of an Assistant Manager to aid in support at Newark Liberty International Airport. A candidate who can maintain a professional demeanor, is a team player, and has a positive and “can do” attitude Scope of Work: The successful candidate will support the management of client operations by working closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily activities. They will enforce company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and professionalism. Compensation: $55,000.00 + per year (Based on experience) Job Responsibilities: Assist with employee training, development, and coaching Monitor and evaluate employee performance Enforce company policies, procedures, and work rules Collaborate with management to resolve operational issues and concerns Regularly interact with clients, customers, partners, and other stakeholders Support management in addressing undesirable behavior within the operation Assist with other managerial tasks in the manager’s absence Requirements Minimum 3 years of airport operations management experience (or related field) Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Physical Requirements: Comfortable working in all weather conditions Ability to stand or walk for extended periods Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted
