Manage Guest service and relations. Train and orient new team members. Conduct pre-shift meetings and brief the team on daily goals. Appraise staff performance and motivate the team. Ensure all brand standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are consistently implemented. Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Qualifications Previous pre-opening and Accor experience is an advantage. Excellent management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure. Bachelors in Hotel Management along with at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.
