Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent (45 hours a week )
Salary: £34k + Up to £10k Tips + Staff Benefits

THE ROLE:

As Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the restaurant. You’ll be a key player in maintaining our high standards and inspiring our team to go above and beyond with at least 2 years experience in a similar role and environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support in leading and motivating front-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional service is consistently delivered
• Help manage bookings, floor operations, and customer experience
• Contribute to staff training and development
• Assist with stock control and health & safety compliance
• Deputise for the Restuarant Manager when required
• Key Holder position with Cash handling responsibilities
