EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate financial transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Experience in retail or customer service industries is a plus.
• A background in wireless sales or similar fields is beneficial but not required.

• Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing sales and managing inventory.
• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
• Maintain an organized work environment, ensuring that all areas are clean and well-stocked.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
• Assist in achieving sales targets through effective wireless sales strategies.
