Position Summary Role and Responsibilities KPI Alignment and Leadership Drive the team to meet and exceed HQ-defined Supply Chain KPIs, ensuring alignment with global standards and local operational goals. Monitor subordinate performance and provide coaching to ensure effective execution of supply chain strategies. Translate HQ directives into actionable plans across all channels, balancing efficiency with channel-specific needs. Comprehensive Stock Management Oversee inventory levels to maintain optimal stock across Modern Trade, Hypermarkets, Traditional Trade, and Online channels. Implement robust stock allocation frameworks to align with demand forecasts, sales priorities, and promotional activities. Manage aging inventory, mitigating risks of overstock and obsolescence. Multi-Channel Coordination Collaborate with sales and channel teams to tailor stock allocation strategies for each channel, ensuring availability and minimizing supply gaps. Partner with key stakeholders to synchronize inventory plans with channel-specific promotions, launches, and seasonal trends. Ensure inventory health aligns with the diverse dynamics of each channel type. Reporting and Performance Monitoring Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards to track stock levels, sales trends, and channel performance. Provide regular insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making. Identify and address performance gaps by adjusting allocation and replenishment strategies. Demand Forecasting and Planning Lead the demand planning process, incorporating input from sales forecasts, historical data, and market trends. Ensure accurate and agile forecasting to support HQ requirements and local market demands. Continuously evaluate forecast accuracy, refining methods to enhance reliability. Process and System Optimization Streamline inventory management processes, leveraging tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Lead the adoption of digital solutions to automate reporting, stock tracking, and performance measurement. Identify bottlenecks in supply chain operations and implement targeted improvements. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between HQ SCM, local sales channels, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to address stock-related concerns proactively. Provide training to subordinates and stakeholders on SCM processes and KPIs. Budget and Resource Management Manage inventory budgets to ensure cost efficiency while meeting sales and operational targets. Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize waste across channels. Team Management and Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals to meet organizational and personal growth goals. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additional Responsibilities Perform other duties as assigned by management to achieve business objectives. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in supply chain management, inventory planning, or stock allocation within consumer electronics or FMCG. Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with channel dynamics in consumer electronics (retail, e-commerce, and distribution channels). Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
