Description
Key purpose of Incumbent is responsible to support the day-to-day operations of High Net Worth (HNW) new business and policy servicing across multiple distribution channels including Agency, Financial Advisers, Bancassurance and Brokers. The role focuses on operational execution, service quality, and process adherence while supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience. The incumbent will work closely with the HNW Centre of Excellence team and report to the Lead of HNW Centre of Excellence Management. Support HNW new business case management and policy servicing processes to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant execution Ensure adherence to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), underwriting workflows, and regulatory requirements Monitor service levels, turnaround times, quality metrics, and support process improvement initiatives Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience Foster a strong service excellence culture within the team Identify operational gaps and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and client experience Work closely with internal and external stakeholders including Case Managers, New Business, Compliance, Pricing, Customer Service teams, to resolve operational issues Participate in process reviews with internal department and external distributors / partners to enhance operational effectiveness Support the implementation of Centre of Excellence (CoE) initiatives, process enhancements, and system changes Participate in process reviews and support the implementation of process improvements and system enhancements Support Centre of Excellence initiatives, projects and digitalization efforts related to HNW operations. Ensure operations comply with internal policies, MAS regulations, and governance standards Support audits, reviews and regulatory requests relating to HNW operations Any other tasks and duties assigned by the Team Lead or Section Head Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry, preferably within the HNW or Affluent segments Experience in operations, underwriting support, or policy servicing within life insurance environment Strong business acumen and problem-solving aptitude Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrates initiative and ownership Meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Powerpoint & Word) Proficiency in both English and Chinese language
