Job Description Prime Function Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing and directing all Housekeeping activities in the hotel to ensure that the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction & also maintaining high level of service and cleaning & maintenance standards in all areas of responsibilities. To assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding Housekeeping service and equipment and hence take corrective action. Establish standards and procedures for the work of Housekeeping team and plan work schedules to ensure adequate service. To direct and control the Housekeeping operations and staff of the Housekeeping department. Any matter which may effect the interests of hotel should be brought to the attention of the Management.
