JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations and Business Partnering to manage end-to-end HR operations and provide strategic business partnering for Singapore, Vietnam, and China. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR practices and labor laws in Vietnam and China and will ensure compliance while driving HR initiatives that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in HR with strong focus in HR Business Partnering and end- to- end HR Operations

• Prior experience in managing HR operations in Vietnam and China.

• In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Vietnam and China is compulsory .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems especially Darwinbox

8. ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES

• Provide support and guidance to the administrative team on end-to-end travel management, office management, pantry management, and other related areas.
