ey Responsibility Areas including preferred Skills and Experience * Assist with checking eligibility status for federal FMLA requests by reviewing historical/current leave information, years of service and hours eligibility.  * Verify the employee’s leave status in the benefits administration system. * Verify the employee’s years of service and hours worked for eligibility applicableness.  * Review medical certifications to determine eligibility and entitlement. * Collaborate and work closely with the LOA teams * Track and record all employee requests and individual leaves in a secure manner  * Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. * Sound knowledge in HR Outsourced operations - HR shared services/HRO/H2R concepts/HR Backend from outsourced industries * Ability to analyze information and convert related activities into a comprehensive work plan * Ability to analyze data and trends to improve leave policies and processes * Ability to communicate and make recommendations to upper management * Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions * Ability to multi-task and drive multiple projects * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities * Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written to be able to effectively explain policies and procedures to employees and management * Demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information * Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and priority-setting skills * Attention to detail by being meticulous in managing records and ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements * Managing Client deliverables * People Management * SLA & KPI * On time & Quality Deliverables * Experience in client facing role * Proficient in MS Office Suite Competencies:  Primary External Interactions Eligibility Criteria:  * Graduate with overall 5 years of experience  * Proficiency in MS Office  * Proven experience in a shared service or third-party support Industry preferred  * Worked on HRMS applications – Peoplesoft, SAP SuccessFactors or Workday
