Summary: The Assistant Manager, HR Systems & Analytics is a hands-on role responsible for executing payroll, managing HR systems, delivering HR analytics, and supporting workforce planning with a strong focus on data integrity and UAE compliance. This role executes accurate end-to-end payroll processing through Microsoft Dynamics and manages the day-to-day operation and improvement of HR platforms, including Pigment for workforce planning, BambooHR, Entomo, and any future systems. This individual brings strong analytical capability, deep systems knowledge, and a proactive, future-focused mindset, ensuring best practices, high-quality data, and seamless HR operations across the People & Culture function. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Payroll Management Execute end-to-end payroll processing in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE labor laws and global standards. Manage the Wage Protection System (WPS) and ensure all submissions meet UAE regulatory requirements. Perform monthly payroll reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain complete payroll records. Recommend and support improvements to payroll workflows, data inputs, and system efficiency. Budgeting & Financial Planning Maintain and update P&C budget data within Pigment and other HR systems, ensuring accurate and timely inputs for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Track HR-related costs, reconcile HR budget data, and prepare variance and forecast reports for review by P&C leadership. Execute system updates related to headcount plans, organizational changes, and budget adjustments in line with approved guidelines. Ensure all budget and workforce planning data remains accurate, consistent, and aligned with the latest approved financial assumptions. Maintain clear documentation and system records to support P&C’s budgeting and forecasting cycles. Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain HR dashboards and reporting frameworks covering payroll, headcount, turnover, workforce planning, and budget utilization. Execute workforce planning activities in Pigment, including data updates, forecasting, scenario modeling, and maintaining planning structures. Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide proactive insights to P&C leadership. Ensure reporting accuracy and consistency across all HR systems and outputs. People Systems & Microsoft Dynamics Management Manage and execute the day-to-day administration of all HR systems, including Pigment, BambooHR, Entomo, and other HR platforms. Maintain and update system data, workflows, dashboards, and user configurations to ensure accuracy and alignment across platforms. Manage updates and data flows for HR modules within Microsoft Dynamics related to payroll. Develop and embed best practices for data governance and data quality to ensure seamless interoperability across HR systems. Execute system improvements, integrations, and automation initiatives in collaboration with P&C, Finance, and IT. Drive and execute system implementations, upgrades, and continuous process enhancements. Provide training and support to HR team members and stakeholders to enhance system usage and effectiveness. Audit Collaboration Work closely with external auditors to ensure compliance with all payroll, budgeting, and HR processes. Provide accurate documentation and data as needed to support audits and maintain alignment with regulatory standards. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus. 4–7 years of HR experience with hands-on responsibility for payroll execution, HR systems, analytics, and UAE labor compliance. Strong experience managing HRIS platforms such as Pigment, BambooHR, Entomo, or similar systems. Hands-on payroll execution experience using Microsoft Dynamics. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with analytics and reporting tools. Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, particularly payroll and WPS. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proactive and future-focused mindset with the ability to improve systems, data, and workflows. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
