DATAMARK, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Human Resource Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing HR operations and ensuring effective implementation of policies and practices within the organization. The Assistant Manager will assist in managing various HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and operational excellence. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with HR leadership to optimize our HR processes, Payroll & Compliance Management, and foster a positive working environment in alignment with DATAMARK's goals and values. This position will also provide essential support in performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting. Responsibilities Support the management of day-to-day HR operations and initiatives Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Oversee the employee onboarding process and ensure statutory compliance with HR practices Provide guidance to employees and managerial staff on HR-related queries Manage end to end payroll, attendance management & grievance handling Help to foster a positive working environment and resolve employee relations issues Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Assist in performance management and training initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field At least 8 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR role Prior supervisory or management experience is a plus Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Well versed with FNF, PF, PT, ESIC & other statutory compliances Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite Male Candidates Preferred.
