We are seeking a proactive and passionate Assistant Manager – HR & L&D to support our people strategy and contribute to an engaged, high-performing workforce. Position Summary The Assistant Manager – HR & L&D will support the day-to-day HR operations and lead Learning & Development initiatives across the hotel. This role is responsible for employee relations, performance management, HR administration, and delivering training programs that enhance team capability and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Support HR operations including onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. Coordinate and deliver L&D programs in line with organizational goals. Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. Maintain HR systems, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labour law, and HR standards. Partner with department heads to identify training needs and implement learning solutions. Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with JA Resorts & Hotels values. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in HR and/or L&D, preferably within hospitality. Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems. Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work in a dynamic environment.
