HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE Assistant Manager, Human Resources Shared Services (25260355) As our office undergoes a transformation into a new service model designed to drive excellence and establish itself as a trusted advisor, we are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support to Human Resources Business Partners throughout the employee lifecycle in professional and effective manner; Coordinate talent acquisition logistics for potential candidates and act as the focal point to enhance the University’s employer branding, by offering a great experience to candidates throughout the process; Engage in logistics support for the onboarding journey, and ensure a smooth transition of new joiners into the University; Ensure timely delivery of Human Resources Shared Services in line with SLA; Manage staff data and conduct data analysis to derive insights for service enhancement and staff engagement; Review and improve systems and work procedures to meet operational needs; Serve as secretary to University-wide panels for appointment review and promotion; and Support and participate in HR projects, including annual exercises, policy and procedure reviews, staff engagement events, and digital transformation initiatives. Requirements: A recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Proven experience in a shared services role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; A passion for delivering quality service and striving for excellence; Strong skills in problem solving, stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal relations; Good team spirit, high attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity; Up-to-date knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations; and Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, including Putonghua. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written tests. The successful candidate will be offered a fixed term contract of two year. Re-appointment thereafter will be subject to performance review and mutual agreement. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
