At iBounce Newton Abbot we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in the leisure & hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards across all areas.
This position is perfect for someone with a passion for indoor leisure & who is eager to develop their leadership skills while contributing to a vibrant team environment.
The is located at both iBounce Newton Abbot and iTown Newton Abbot.

SKILLS

• Strong background in hospitality management is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Experience in kitchen operations, food preparation, and culinary practices is highly desirable.
• Proven ability in team management and supervising staff effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative when required.
• Knowledge of health & safety practices would be an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

• Assist in managing daily operations within the trampoline park, soft play and café setting, ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Supervise staff and assist in food preparation and production, maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication among all departments.
• Provide training and support to new staff members, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing promotional activities and events to enhance guest experience.
