Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked and organized Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age 1 year of supervisory experience Ability to effectively motivate others Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Other duties as assigned Reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Palm Beach Tan is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
