Job Purpose The Influencer Marketing Assistant Manager will be a key player in driving awareness and engagement for The Red Sea, AMAALA’s authentic influencer partnerships. The Influencer & Creator Marketing Assistant Manager will support the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer and creator marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and affinity. This role will manage direct relationships with creators and influencer partners, as well as collaborate with agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives. This role will involve managing and expanding relationships with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience.   Job Responsibilities:   Campaign Management Planning and management of influencer and creator marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning, destination marketing objectives, and overall marketing strategy. Planning, coordinating, and managing on-site influencer and creative talent visits at the destinations.   Influencer & Creator Management Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers. Oversee creator briefing, content development, approvals, and performance tracking. Build and maintain a database of influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning and audience profile.   Agency Collaboration Work closely with influencer/creator marketing and PR agencies to brief, monitor, and evaluate campaigns. Ensure agencies deliver on KPIs and maintain high-quality brand representation. Coordinate between internal teams and agencies to streamline approvals, reporting, and deliverables.   Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with key destination partners such as the Saudi Tourism Authority, airlines, and hospitality groups to co-create and amplify influencer and creator campaigns.   Content & Brand Alignment Review and approve influencer and creator content to ensure brand compliance and message consistency. Collaborate with brand, social media, and PR teams to integrate influencer and creator content into wider campaigns.   Performance & Reporting Track and analyze influencer and creator campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations for future initiatives.   Budget & Contracts Support in managing influencer and creator costs Monitor agency fees and campaign spending to ensure cost efficiency.   Job Requirements:   Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).   Years of Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years+ of experience in marketing, with substantial expertise in the travel and tourism sector.   Other Requirements: Proven track record of leading influencer campaigns in lifestyle, luxury, travel, or consumer brands. Experience working with global influencers across different markets, with exposure to multicultural audiences. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts with influencers, agencies, and talent managers. Strong background in analytics and reporting, with experience in using influencer platforms/tools Successful history of managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI from influencer campaigns. Leadership experience in guiding junior team members or managing cross- functional projects.
