Job Title Assistant Manager – Inter-Company Accounting Employment Type Permanent | Full-Time Location Remote (Work from Anywhere) Company New Era Technology 🌐 www.neweratech.com Role Overview New Era Technology is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Inter-Company Accounting to manage and oversee inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and reporting across multiple legal entities. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely closure of inter-company accounts, while supporting a globally distributed finance function in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and experience working with multi-entity, cross-border accounting structures. Key Responsibilities Inter-Company Accounting & Reconciliation Manage inter-company transactions, including cross-charges, cost allocations, and settlements Perform monthly inter-company reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances Ensure accurate inter-company accounting entries in line with accounting standards Financial Closing & Reporting Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to inter-company accounts Prepare and review inter-company schedules, confirmations, and MIS reports Ensure balances are aligned and eliminated appropriately during consolidation Compliance, Controls & Audit Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements Coordinate with internal and external auditors for inter-company audit requirements Strengthen and monitor internal controls related to inter-company accounting Stakeholder Coordination & Process Improvement Work closely with global finance teams, shared services, and business stakeholders Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation in inter-company accounting Support documentation of SOPs and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications 5–8 years of experience in Inter-Company Accounting / Financial Accounting Strong hands-on experience with: Inter-company reconciliations and settlements Multi-entity accounting environments Month-end close and reporting processes Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial controls Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification Experience in IT services, technology, or global organizations Exposure to cross-border transactions and global consolidations Experience working with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite, etc.) What We Offer Permanent role with New Era Technology 100% remote work flexibility Opportunity to work in a global finance setup with cross-entity exposure Long-term growth and stability within a global organization How to Apply 📩 Please share your updated resume with: bhargavi.chegireddy@neweratech.com New Era Technology, LLC., and its subsidiaries (“New Era” “we”, “us”, or “our”) in its operating regions worldwide are committed to respecting your privacy and recognize the need for appropriate protection and management of any Personal Data that you may provide us.
