SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree
• Banking, operations, compliance, investments and/or governance experience.required
• A strong governance mind-set, attention to detail, and investment and credit experience is valuable.
• Articulate effectively and facilitate coordination with stakeholders on projects/initiatives.

• Support projects and initiatives to enhance the governance function and regulatory framework.
• Engagement with all relevant functions to manage and successfully deliver on governance matters including remediations.
• Effective engagement across geographies as well as subsidiaries on projects & initiatives.
• Prepare proposals and/or business cases which may be used for both internal and external purposes, pitch books, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills that would enable him/her to articulate effectively and facilitate coordination with stakeholders on projects/initiatives.
• provide support and engagement on governance initiatives for both Emirates Islamic as ENBD and where appropriate lead select initiatives.
