Description:
NTU PACE plays a pivotal role in coordinating and uniting efforts across various internal departments and external partners to effectively promote NTU’s postgraduate programmes by coursework (PGCs), as well as its lifelong learning initiatives. Beyond the PGCs offered by Schools, Colleges and Institutes, NTU PaCE collaborates with these entities to provide interdisciplinary Master of Science programmes, Graduate Certificate and FlexiMasters Certificate courses that can lead to a Master’s degree.
This is a new position and the first intake of about 150 students is expected in July 2025 and is expected to grow in number as IPGC programmes continue to expand. The incumbent will report to the Senior Assistant Director (IPGC Programme Management and Operations) and will take charge of the running of the MSc programmes to ensure the delivery of a high-quality learning experience for the suite of inter-disciplinary graduate programmes (IPGC) and a seamless learning experience for the students.
KEY QUALIFICATION AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related areas
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in administration or education programme management.
- Strong ability to acquire and apply knowledge of the University’s academic policies and regulations, as well as academic programmes offerings and structures
- Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, both oral and written
- Problem-solving and collaborative skills
- Ability to exercise judgment and to work under pressure, with competing deadlines and priorities
- High tolerance for ambiguity and uncertainties

Responsibilities:
Orientation
- Planning, scheduling, and execution of orientation activities for the programmes, including procurement of orientation items, refreshments, preparation classes and materials, workshops, and teambuilding events.
Timetabling and Faculty Scheduling
- Work closely with Programme Director(s) of each Programme on periodic curriculum review, introduction or removal of courses, and timetabling for each trimester/segment of the Programme.
- Facilitate more complex operations such as fulfilling track specialization requirements, tracking cross-listed electives across colleges, and managing different graduation timelines and requests on internship and student exchange programmes.
Pre-course
- Provide timely dissemination of course information, materials, and programme announcements to students
- Provide academic advising to students in planning their courses and prerequisite requirements for graduation.
- Perform 100% accurate, error-free course registration for students and submit the data to internal departments.
In-course
- Perform the procurement and delivery of IT/AV services, refreshments, printed or non-printed supplies for the smooth delivery of lessons.
