Job Title: Assistant Manager - Export Sales (Auto Spare Parts Sector)
Location: Dubai
Salary Range: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month (Depending on experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager - Export Sales to join our team in the auto spare parts sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing export sales, particularly focusing on the Iranian market. They must have excellent communication skills in Iranian (Persian) language and English, with a strong ability to engage with clients and drive sales growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Stream: Sales & Marketing / International Business.
  • Specialization: Export Sales, Business Development.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Fluent in Iranian (Persian) language and English.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Reasonably high IQ with the ability to solve complex challenges.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-6 years of relevant experience in export sales, preferably in the auto spare parts sector.
  • Experience dealing with the Iranian market is highly preferred.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Must be fluent in Iranian (Persian) language.
  • Good proficiency in English for business communication.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5-6 years of experience in export sales, with a focus on the Iranian market.
  • Experience in handling auto spare parts or related industries.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be proactive and result-oriented.
  • Should have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
