* Support the design and execution of the Group Islamic Banking’s Forward30 strategy and business plan. * Assist in strengthening Islamic banking capabilities across the Group while driving the adoption of key strategic initiatives. * Coordinate and prepare strategic content, entity reports, and internal and external updates on behalf of the CEO of CIMB Islamic. * Prepare business performance and management reporting, participate in balance sheet optimisation initiatives and conduct market research, peer analysis, and industry benchmarking. * Drive employees engagement activities and internal cascade.

Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager will support the execution of the Group Islamic Banking strategy and coordinate strategic content for the CEO. They are also responsible for preparing management reports, conducting market analysis, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
