Description

Responsibilities Coordinate annual IT OPEX and CAPEX budgeting, consolidation, and assumption validation Manage monthly forecasting (Latest Estimate), variance analysis, and spend tracking against budget Monitor financial risks and support IT cost control initiatives Oversee financial management of IT projects, including commitments, actuals, accruals, and forecast to completion Ensure alignment between project financials, corporate finance systems, and budget submissions Support project financial closure and capitalization processes Manage IT OPEX covering outsourcing, maintenance, software, cloud services, and manpower costs Maintain IT manpower planning, headcount tracking, and related budget/forecast analysis Administer IT and staff cost charge out to business units and prepare variance based reporting Prepare IT financial management reports and provide clear insights for management reviews Ensure compliance with financial policies, delegation of authority, audit, and governance requirements Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and documentation of IT financial management processes Requirements Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in finance, management accounting, or IT financial management, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level Professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA) is preferred Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and cost control Prior exposure to IT or project based environments is an advantage Strong interpersonal skill with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
