* Support in developing and maintaining comprehensive IT policies and procedures.  * Establish IT compliance guidelines and processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and operational risk standards.  * Implement an IT risk identification framework, including risk assessment, risk tracking, and corresponding mitigation measures.  * Perform comprehensive assessments of performance gaps, prepare analytical reports, and monitor IT project progress, while ensuring effective coordination with audit, risk, and compliance functions across all quality, risk, and compliance management initiatives within the IT domain. * Conduct assurance reviews and evaluate the readiness and effectiveness of remediation measures for identified issues. * Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and provide awareness and support on Data Governance and Data Management across the bank. Knowledge Skills and Experience: * A bachelor’s degree - preferably in Information Technology or Business - is required for this position. * A minimum of two years of professional experience in IT Audit, IT Risk Management, Project Management, and/or Information Security is essential. * The required competencies for this role include: * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills * Strong capability in process improvement * We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply
