Description

Assistant Manager – IT Key Responsibilities * Lead SAP ERP system support, implementation, and workflow automation across sector companies. * Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, CCTV systems, and connectivity across multiple locations. * Manage Microsoft 365 (O365), SharePoint, email systems, and user access administration. * Ensure data backup, recovery, and IT security compliance across all systems. * Handle vendor management and procurement of IT products and services. * Develop and implement IT governance, policies, SOPs, and documentation. * Monitor voice, data, and internet services for uninterrupted operations. * Conduct IT awareness sessions and support end-user training. * Support digital transformation and continuous IT process improvements. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and networking. Knowledge of SAP can be considered an added advantage. * Minimum 4 years proven working experience * Experience in CCTV, connectivity, and IT security practices. * Good understanding of IT governance and vendor management. * Certifications like ITIL / Microsoft / Cisco will be an added advantage. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and partners. * Commitment and desire to achieve personal and company goals. * High interpersonal and analytical skills * Preference will be given to those who are from Ekala, Gampaha or around proximity
