As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth front-of-house management, and adherence to company policies and UK regulations.
You will also receive full training in gelato production, staff development, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting & shadowing the Store Manager in all daily operations.
  • Excellent Customer Service & Front-of-House Management
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests have a great experience.
  • Manage daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Oversee the till operations, ensuring accuracy in all till transactions.
  • Gelato Production & Quality Control Undergo full training in artisanal gelato production and assist in maintaining quality standards.
  • Ensure all products meet company specifications and food safety regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to prevent waste and shortages.
  • Staff Training & Leadership Training and mentor team members to uphold company values and service standards all the times.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, ensuring efficient coverage during peak periods.
  • Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment.

  • Ensure strict compliance with UK food safety, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
