• Prep/Identification of need
• Training role
• Cash control/Bank deposits
• Food and beverage orders
• Daily over site and completion of checklist
• Must be available to work 40 hours a week
• Assisting GM with interviews
• Weekly inventories
• Assisting with weekly schedules
• Daily over site of food cost and labor percentages
• Food that meets Jersey Mike’s specifications and high quality
• Service that is noticeably friendlier than that of others
• A restaurant that is noticeably cleaner than other restaurants

  We offer a total compensation package to meet or exceed your current pay.
