Experience: Prior pizza industry experience, working in teams, and with the public
Must be 18 years or older

JOB SUMMARY:

Jet’s Pizza is looking for a dedicated and energetic Assistant Manager to support our management team in Bloomington, IL. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and the overall success of our store. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant management (preferred).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Support Leadership:
• Assist the Manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
• Step into the Manager’s role as needed to oversee operations.
• Operational Excellence:
• Ensure food quality, preparation, and service meet Jet’s Pizza standards.
• Assist with managing inventory, placing orders, and tracking supplies.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Customer Service:
• Provide outstanding customer service and address any concerns promptly.
• Oversee the dining and delivery experience to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Teamwork & Training:
• Motivate team members to achieve high performance and a positive work environment.
• Lead training sessions to improve skills and maintain consistency.
