What you’ll be doing Support team leadership Support the Store Manager in leading and developing the team Coach and motivate team members to achieve their full potential Act as the senior leader on duty in the Store Manager’s absence Help create a positive, high-performing store culture Drive sales performance Support delivery of store sales targets and KPIs Coach team members to maximise sales opportunities Support daily performance monitoring and action planning Deliver exceptional customer experiences Lead by example in delivering Jewells’ customer experience standards Support customers with styling advice and personalised service Ensure every customer has a positive and engaging experience Maintain operational excellence Support store operations, visual merchandising, and stock control Maintain high standards of store presentation and compliance Support loss prevention and operational procedures Support piercing services Deliver and support safe, professional piercing services (full training provided) Ensure piercing standards, hygiene, and compliance requirements are maintained What we’re looking for Retail leadership experience (Supervisor, Lead, or Assistant Manager level) Passion for customer experience and retail performance Strong communication and leadership skills Commercial awareness and sales focus Motivation to grow into a Store Manager role Why join Jewells?
