Who are we? Jos Richardson & Son Group Ltd run forecourt and convenience stores across Yorkshire and have been operating for over 130 years. It’s a great time to join us as our company continues to grow and flourish with further investment in our estate, including the multi-million pound investment in our new site at Eden Service Station, Old Malton ! We have owned and operated our Escrick site for over 10 years now and it continues to thrive. What are we looking for? We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Manager to help lead and motivate our new team in delivering exceptional customer service and store standards. Someone who is hard-working has strong communication skills and is able to coach, empower and engage the new team.

What does the role involve? Reporting directly to the Site Manager and Area Manager, you will have joint responsibility for the running of a very busy Forecourt and Convenience Store, long established on the A19 in Escrick, York
