Juice Hub is a fast-growing juice bar dedicated to clean, fresh ingredients and outstanding customer service. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our leadership team and help oversee daily store operations, motivate our staff, and deliver a top-tier guest experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team lead, shift supervisor, or assistant manager in a juice bar, smoothie bar, or café setting
• Strong knowledge of juice/smoothie prep and food safety practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for health, wellness, and clean eating

• Assist in daily store operations and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest concerns in a timely, professional manner
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of team members
• Manage inventory, place orders, and maintain proper stock levels
• Create staff schedules and adjust based on customer flow and labor goals
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Monitor store expenses and assist with weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Promote a clean, organized, and positive work environment
