Mandatory Skills PMO experience with competency across most of the project management knowledge areas, including Project planning, Governance, Reporting, Risk Management etc. Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality of delivery. Should have good interpersonal skills. Primary Roles and Responsibilities Should be capable of mentoring in building teams and enhance technical & functional skills for the team. Shall be assisting on Global Compliance Management Engagements for our Clients. Scope of work shall involve design, mobilization and execution of all project management activities like compliance tracking, governance, engagement financial management, reporting, risk & issue management, scope management etc. Managing program communication, project meetings and outreach to engagement teams in different Member Firms / Clients. Support creation, validation and analysis of financial dashboards - plan vs actuals, financial forecast, profitability, work-in-progress, etc. Distributed / Centralized billing, Invoicing Issue Management, Reconciliation with PO. Complete handling and clarity on the commercial/ financial performance of a Program/Project. Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts. Document Management & Tool Management. Preferred Skills Achievement orientated, creative thinker and enthusiastic. Open-minded, effective communicator. Excellent presentation skills and organization skills. Self-motivated, ability to pick things up quickly. Proactive problem solving. Experience and Qualification 7 to 10 years of overall work experience in project management in a leading professional services firm (e.g. international consulting firm, Big 4, IT Consulting Industry). Experience of working in multi geography engagements. Experience in managing Global Compliance or Domestic Compliance Management Engagements Understanding of Tax Return Preparation Lifecycle. Experience in Client billing & invoicing. Post graduate degree preferably MBA from a reputed institute PMP Certification will be an added advantage.
