Description
* Candidates should have prior working experience in ServiceNow Implementation projects only (Not enhancements, Managed services) * Knowledge & experience in development of one or more ServiceNow applications (ITSM & GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM) in ServiceNow Platform. * Aware of best development practices during implementation & coach other team members to follow best practices. * Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members * Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools * Ideal candidate should have worked on agile methodology for implementing ServiceNow application in scrum-based approach  * Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines * Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork * Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
