Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager, Key Account to manage and grow our strategic customer portfolio. This role focuses on driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with the company’s objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned key accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and business goals. Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to maximize brand visibility and sales. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new customers, product ranges, and market segments. Monitor and manage sales performance, ensuring timely collections and adherence to DSO targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment. Conduct market surveys, gather intelligence, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. Perform any other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 5–7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG or similar industries. Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Analytical mindset with ability to identify opportunities and resolve challenges proactively.
